Kashalata café – Baku's first inclusive café where people with disabilities are empowered to work and thrive–is at #COP29, so Ambassador Libby stopped by to grab some lunch and say hello to their team.  The cafe, which was founded by Birge va Sağlam organization and supported by USAID, is a great example of breaking barriers and fostering inclusivity.
